Fuji Raw image file format
A RAF file is a Fujifilm Raw Image file. This format stores an RAW photo data, taken from a Fuji digital camera. Typically, the camera will also save a more compressed JPG of the same image data in this format.
What Is an RAF File? A file with the RAF file extension is a Fuji raw image file. This format stores an unprocessed image taken from a Fuji digital camera. A JPG of the same image captured by the camera may be included in an RAF file.
You need to choose the folder but not open it. Then the DNG converter will find all of the raw images in that folder and will create DNG copies. If you are talking about that model, you should be able to open the original raw images if you update to the latest version which is Lightroom 5.7.
If you are a mobile user, you can open RAF files with Adobe Photoshop Express (iOS and Android). NOTE: You may also open RAF files with Adobe Photoshop (Windows and macOS), but the application does not support RAF images captured by all Fuji cameras.
You can open RAF files with various image editors. If you are a Windows user, you can open RAF files with Microsoft Photos (with the Raw Image Extension installed, Corel PaintShop Pro, ACD Systems ACDSee Photo Studio, and Fuji Hyper-Utility Software.
